Notice of Special General Meeting.
Date: Wednesday October 9th 2024 at 6:30pm.
Venue: Bealey Quarter function room 263 Bealey Avenue Christchurch.
Function room has it's own entrance to the left of the main bar.
Purpose: To vote on remits to change the BEARS official race class rules.
Note: To attend and vote you must be a BEARS financial member.
It is important that you attend and have your say but if you can't attend you can vote by proxy. You must notify the secretary prior to the meeting who you wish to be your proxy. Your proxy must be a financial member and be present at the meeting to vote on your behalf. secretary@bearsracing.nz
Agenda
Remits will be presented followed by a short Q&A to clarify any concerns.
Remits will then be voted on.
Meeting close. (7:30 at the latest)
After the meeting the floor will be open for discussion and some social time.
Finger food will be provided.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY ALCOHOL INTO THE MEETING ROOM UNTIL AFTER THE MEETING HAS CLOSED.
The objective of these remits is to keep the rules current with available machinery, encourage more competitors and grow our sport.
