Race entry fee includes two passes to the following:

• Official practice and qualifying on Friday 21 February

• Racing on Saturday 22 February and Sunday 23 February.

• After race function and prize giving on Sunday 23 February.

Important note:

• All details must be completed accurately.

• Entry will not be accepted until payment is received.

• Competitor entry is $200 for 2 race classes and includes an ambulance fee.

• Additional race classes is $40.

• A registered transponder is mandatory.

• You need to be a member of a MNZ affiliated club. Proof of this membership will be required.

• Entries close 12 February at 11.59pm (this is the close off date for inclusion in the race meeting programme), late entries will be accepted.

• A late entry fee of $30 will be charged.

• No excuse for late entries, as a full refund will be given to any person who is unable to compete, and who notifies the Secretary prior to Thursday 20 February 2024.

• Day licences will be available but you need to check if you are eligible. Don't be disappointed on race day - do it now!

• Signature of parent or legal guardian is required if under the age of 16.

• Only 1 transponder is available per rider.
